The yoga leggings market is enormous and mostly mediocre. For every pair that actually works — holds its shape, doesn't slide, looks as good after 50 washes as it did on day one — there are a dozen that pill, bag out at the knees, or turn see-through the moment you fold forward.
We make leggings that clear the bar. Here's a no-nonsense breakdown of what to look for and which pairs from our catalog are worth your money.
Compression without restriction. Good yoga leggings hold you in without cutting off circulation. You should feel supported, not strangled. The waistband especially — a wide, high-rise waistband that stays put through every pose is non-negotiable.
Squat-proof fabric. Hold the leggings up to light. If you can see your hand through them, they'll be see-through in a forward fold. All of our shaping leggings use fabric specifically chosen to be opaque under movement and under studio lighting.
Moisture management. You're going to sweat. The fabric needs to pull moisture away from your skin and dry quickly. Polyester-spandex blends with moisture-wicking properties do this significantly better than cotton.
A print that actually lasts. All-over printed leggings look incredible when new and often terrible after 10 washes. The difference is dye quality and print method. Sublimation printing — which we use — bonds dye directly into the fabric fiber rather than sitting on top of it. The result is color that stays vivid wash after wash.
Waistband construction. A double waistband or reinforced waistband is the difference between leggings that stay up during a flow and ones you're constantly pulling up mid-class.
The boldest pair in our collection. A metallic gold bubble texture print on shaping high-waist leggings — attention-commanding in the studio, equally at home as a streetwear piece. The shaping compression is real: these hold everything in place through a full vinyasa without budging. Available in XS–XL.
Best for: the woman who wants to be seen and supported in equal measure.
A sophisticated monochrome pebble texture print for the practitioner who wants something visually interesting without being loud. High-waist, shaping compression, pairs with almost anything. A true everyday yoga legging. Available in XS–XL.
Best for: the yogi who lives in leggings and wants something she can wear from mat to coffee shop without changing.

Colorful sprinkle pattern on high-waist shaping leggings — playful, joyful, and genuinely compressive. For the practitioner who takes her practice seriously and her aesthetic lightly. Available in XS–XL.
Best for: barre, pilates, yoga, or anyone who just wants a genuinely fun pair of leggings.
The premium option. A sophisticated gold and black argyle print on premium shaping fabric with a high-rise double waistband. These are the leggings you wear when you want to feel put-together from the moment you roll out of bed. Available in XS–XL.
Best for: the serious practitioner who invests in quality pieces that last.
A graphic, high-contrast black and white chevron on shaping high-waist fabric. The kind of bold geometric print that reads as intentional in any context. Strong compression, structured waistband. Available in XS–XL.
Best for: the woman who wants leggings that make a statement without a word of text.
A celestial texture print on premium shaping fabric. Soft, structured, and quietly spectacular. Available in XS–XL.
Best for: the yogi with a spiritual practice and a wardrobe to match.
Good leggings are an investment. Treat them accordingly:
Cold wash inside out. Always. Hot water degrades elastic and can affect sublimation prints over time.
No fabric softener. Fabric softener coats the fiber and reduces moisture-wicking performance. Skip it entirely for activewear.
Air dry when possible. High heat from a dryer is the fastest way to break down elastic and spandex content. Air dry flat or hang dry. If you use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting.
Don't sit on rough surfaces in your leggings. Concrete, rough bleachers, abrasive chair seats — these cause pilling faster than anything else.
Follow these four rules and our leggings will stay in rotation for years.
